minuteTakers inc. has been providing professional third-party minute taking service to condominiums and corporate clients within the Greater Toronto area and beyond since 2007. Our team helps our clients focus on the business at hand to ensure that all in attendance may fully participate in meetings.

Our office squad is comprised of one General Manager, one Training and Development Officer, four Client Service Representatives, one bookkeeper and a team of editors. Our condominium CSRs care for clients based on geographic region and they are our clients’ first and main point of contact. Our CSRs are all experienced recording secretaries, skilled editors and are educated in our internal policies and practices as well as basic condominium operating procedures.

Condominium Division

minuteTakers inc. provides minute-taking service to over 250 condominium clients each month! We are completely non-partisan and prepare unbiased and concise meeting minutes.

Our recording secretaries attend meetings remotely (either via virtual meeting platforms, conference calls, or webinars) and are also equipped to prepare meeting minutes from audio recordings. There is limited availability for in person attendance at meetings. Professionally edited minutes on our easy to read, copyrighted template will be returned within five to seven business days.

Corporate Division

minuteTakers inc. is pleased to offer minute-taking services to various corporate clients and non-profit organizations within the GTA. Our recording secretaries come from a variety of backgrounds and are trained to ensure they are equipped to prepare accurate and concise meeting minutes.

Our Corporate CSR will work with you to ensure your minutes are exactly what your management team requires. This may be as simple as adding your logo to the general style and formatting of the minutes. 

Hosting and Moderating

Our experienced team of virtual meeting hosts can assist in setting up, chairing and moderating a meeting of the owners, shareholders or members. This service includes setting up the meeting, registering attendees, acting as moderator of the meetings, live voting and background support. Our hosting and moderating team will ensure that your meeting runs smoothly and efficiently.
